Chicken salad with fruits
Today I teach you how to prepare a chicken salad with fruits, a very colorful recipe.
It also has a bit of mayonnaise, but if you want to make this salad even lighter, you can do without it.

2 chicken breasts
1 apple
½ orange
½ lettuce
Vinaigrette
To prepare this chicken salad with fruits you must follow this steps:
-Pour the chicken breasts into the homemade meat broth and cook for 15 minutes.
-Let the breasts cool.
-Cut the breasts into slices.
-Wash and cut the lettuce into thin strips.
-Peel and cut the apple into half moons.
-Cut the orange into half moons.
-Dress the lettuce with the vinaigrette.
-Place the lettuce on the plate and cover it with the chicken breasts, apple and orange.
-Serve with a little mayonnaise in the center.
