Homemade mayonnaise sauce
Today I am going to teach you how to prepare a homemade mayonnaise sauce, a very simple recipe that you can prepare in a minute and for which you only need a few ingredients and a blender.
Whenever I can I try to make sauces, cakes, cookies, muffins and a long etcetera at home because I like them more than those sold in supermarkets, but there are always exceptions, and in my case it's homemade mayonnaise which I really don't I like at all.

To prepare this homemade mayonnaise sauce you'll need:
- 250 ml. (8,45 fl. oz.) of sunflower oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or white wine vinegar
- Salt
To prepare this homemade mayonnaise sauce you must follow the next steps:
-Put the ingredients inside a blender glass.
-Blend everything with the blender, first on the bottom and then making gentle upward and downward movements until a dense sauce is made.
