Tuna stew with potatoes
Today I teach you how to make a tuna stew with potatoes, a delicious dish to eat in the cold months of November and December.
It is a very simple recipe and you only need tuna, some vegetables, white wine and a good fish broth.
With the ingredients that I indicate you can prepare this recipe for four people.

To prepare this tuna stew with potatoes you will need:
400 gr. (14,11 oz.) of tuna
3 potatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 large tomato
1 green pepper
1 onion
150 ml. (5,07 fl. oz.) of white wine
800 ml. (27,05 fl. oz.) of fish broth
To prepare this tuna stew with potatoes you must follow the following steps:
-Cut the tuna into cubes.
-Peel the potatoes, onion and garlic cloves.
-Chop the garlic.
-Cut the green pepper, tomatoes and onion into small pieces.
-Cut the potatoes into large pieces.
-Fry the onion, garlic and green pepper.
-Add the tomato and cook for 5 minutes.
-Add the potatoes and white wine and cook a couple of minutes to evaporate the alcohol.
-Add the fish broth and cook for 30 minutes.
-Add the tuna and cook 5 minutes.
