Fish broth
Today I teach you how to prepare fish broth, a great way to take advantage of the bones and fish heads because with this broth you can give much more flavor to your recipes.
I use five liters to make this broth, I do it to make a lot of quantity and freeze it, so I can always have a good broth in the fridge to give more flavor to my recipes.

To prepare this fish broth you will need:
Five litres (169,07 fl. oz.) of water
1 onion
1 carrot
1 leek
Fish bones
To prepare this fish broth you must follow the next steps:
-Peel the onion and the carrot.
-Cut the onion, carrot and leek into medium pieces.
-Put the water in a pot to heat.
-When it boils, add the fish bones, the onion, the carrot and the leek.
-Cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
-Strain the fish broth.
