To prepare this white beans salad you will need:

 

  • 400 gr. (14,11 oz.) of cooked white beans

  • 150 gr. (17,63 oz.) of sweet corn

  • 125 gr. (4,41 oz.) of lettuce

  • 90 gr. (3,17 oz.) of canned tuna

  • ½ red pepper

  • ½ purple onion

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

To prepare this white beans salad you must follow this steps:


-Cut the lettuce and purple onion into thin strips.

 

-Wash the lettuce.


-Cut the red peppers into small squares.


-Mix the cooked white beans with the lettuce, red pepper, onion, sweet corn and tuna.


-Dress the salad with salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
