White beans salad
Today I teach you how to prepare a white beans salad a refreshing recipe to eat legumes that I loved.
Legumes are usually used for hot dishes, such as beans with spicy sausage, but this recipe allows you to enjoy the benefits of this legume in a fresh and healthy way.
With the ingredients that I indicate you can prepare four servings of this white beans salad.

To prepare this white beans salad you will need:
400 gr. (14,11 oz.) of cooked white beans
150 gr. (17,63 oz.) of sweet corn
125 gr. (4,41 oz.) of lettuce
90 gr. (3,17 oz.) of canned tuna
½ red pepper
½ purple onion
Olive oil
Salt
To prepare this white beans salad you must follow this steps:
-Cut the lettuce and purple onion into thin strips.
-Wash the lettuce.
-Cut the red peppers into small squares.
-Mix the cooked white beans with the lettuce, red pepper, onion, sweet corn and tuna.
-Dress the salad with salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
