Mega cookie

Today I teach you how to prepare a mega cookie.

Have you ever seen a big cookie like this? Do you know of other sweets that have an extra large version?

To prepare this mega cookie you will need:

 

• 340 gr. (12 oz.) of flour

• 160 gr. (5,64 oz.) of sugar

• 150 gr. (5,29) of chopped chocolate

• 120 gr. (4,23 oz.) of butter

• 15 gr. (0,53 oz.) of baking powder

• 2 eggs

To prepare this mega cookie you must follow this steps:

-Knead the butter, flour, eggs, baking powder and sugar until you get a homogeneous dough.

-Add the chopped chocolate and knead again.

-Line with baking paper. a 30 cm. (12 inches) diameter pizza pan.

-Place the cookie dough on top and spread it over the entire mold.

-Bake 20 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
