Cold apple and cinnamon drink

Today I teach you how to prepare a cold apple and cinnamon drink, a drink that I recommend you try even if you do not like any of the ingredients and now I explain why.

I do not like cinnamon very much and I only like green apple cooked in savory dishes, however, I prepared this infusion and I loved it.

To prepare this cold apple and cinnamon drink you will need:

 

  • 500 ml. (16,91 fl. oz.) of water

  • 1 green apple

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar

To prepare this cold apple and cinnamon drink you must follow this steps:


-Wash and remove the center part of the apple.


-Cut the apple into wedges.


-Put the water in a saucepan with the apple in wedges and the cinnamon stick.


-Cook for 5 minutes when it starts to boil.


-Turn off the heat, cover the saucepan and let it rest for 5 more minutes.


-Strain the infusion.


-Add the brown sugar and mix well.


-Cold in the fridge for a few hours.
