Today I teach you how to prepare sautéed rice.

With the ingredients that I indicate you can prepare four servings of this sautéed rice.

To prepare this sautéed rice you will need:

 

  • 320 gr. (11,28 oz.) of rice

  • 100 gr. (3,52 oz.) of green beans

  • 90 gr. (3,17 oz.) of shrimps

  • 80 gr. (2,82 oz.) of cooked peas

  • 80 gr. (2,82 oz.) of carrot

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 slices of ham

To prepare this sautéed rice you must follow this steps:


-Cook the rice for 18 minutes.


-Drain the rice and cool with water.


-Make a omelette with each egg.


-Cut the omelettes into small squares.


-Peel the shrimps.


-Cut the ham into strips.


-Cut the carrot into thin strips.


-Sauté the carrot with a drizzle of oil.


-Add the green beans and cooked peas.


-Add the shrimps.


-Add the omelettes and the ham.


-Add the rice and sauté for a couple of minutes.
