To prepare these homemade meatballs with vegetables you will need:

 

  • 24 homemade meatballs

  • 150 gr. (5,29 oz.) of cooked peas

  • 1 onion

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 red pepper

  • 1 large potato

  • 1 tablespoon of crushed tomato

  • 1 splash of white wine

  • Flour

To prepare these homemade meatballs with vegetables you must follow this steps:


-Flour the meatballs.


-Brown the meatballs and reserve.


-Peel the onion, carrot and potato.


-Cut the potato into squares.


-Poach the potatoes and reserve.


-Cut the onion, carrot and red pepper into squares.


-Brown the onion, carrot and red pepper in a pot.


-Add the cooked peas.


-Add the meatballs and the crushed tomato.


-Pour the white wine and cook for a couple of minutes.


-Cover with water and simmer until slightly thickened.


-Remove from the heat and add the poached potatoes.
