Fig jam
Today I teach you how to prepare a fig jam.
This jam combines with many ingredients and I recommend spreading it on a slice of toasted bread with fresh cheese.

To prepare this fig jam you will need:
250 gr. (8,82 oz.) of figs
125 gr. (4,41 oz.) of sugar
To prepare this fig jam you must follow this steps:
-Peel and chop the figs.
-Mix the figs with the sugar.
-Cover with plastic wrap and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
-Place the mixture in a saucepan.
-Cook over low heat until it acquires the desired texture.
-Crush the jam.
