Artichoke, spinach and cream cheese pizza

Today I teach you how to prepare an artichoke, spinach and cream cheese pizza, a recipe that caught my attention because, unlike other pizzas, this one doesn´t have a layer of tomato sauce on the pizza base.

Artichoke, spinach and cream cheese pizza

To make this recipe I used a pizza mould with 23 cm. (12 inches) diameter with its base lined with baking paper to prevent the dough from sticking to the mould.

 

This recipe is for making a pizza, the number of servings will depend on how hungry you are, because it is usually for eight servings, but for example I usually eat three to five servings, so keep that in mind if you or your guests are eating a lot.

To prepare this artichoke, spinach and cream cheese pizza you will need:

 

  • 150 gr. (5,29 oz.) of cream cheese

  • 100 ml. (3,38 fl. oz.) of cream

  • 60 gr. (2,12 oz.) of spinach

  • 4 artichoke

  • Grated cheese

To prepare this artichoke, spinach and cream cheese pizza you must follow this steps:


-Cook the spinach.


-Clean the artichokes and remove the first layers of leaves.


-Laminate the artichokes.


-Fry the artichokes lightly.


-Heat the cream cheese with the cream in a saucepan.


-Add the spinach and cook for a couple of minutes.


-Place the artichokes on the pizza dough.


-Pour the cream cheese mixture on top.


-Cover with the grated cheese.


-Bake at 180ºC (356ºF) for 15 minutes.
