Potato and apple millefeuille with sweet cider sauce

To prepare this potato and apple millefeuille you will need:
2 large potatoes
3 red apples
1 glass of cider
1 spoon of sugar
Olive oil
To prepare this potato and apple millefeuille you must follow this steps:
-Peel the potatoes and apples.
-Remove the center part of the apple.
-Cut the potatoes and apples into thin slices.
-Place a potato layer in four round steel molds, then an apple layer and drizzle with a little olive oil.
-Repeat the operation until the potatoes and apples are finished.
-Cover the steel molds with a piece of baking paper.
-Bake at 180ºC (356ºF) for 40 minutes.
-Remove the pieces of baking paper and grill for 5 minutes at 200ºC (392ºF).
-Pour the cider and sugar into a saucepan.
-Cook until it reduces and is like a light sauce.
-Unmold the potato and apple millefeuille and drizzle with the cider sauce.
