Hake with cider sauce

Today I teach you how to prepare hake with cider sauce, a very simple fish recipe.

Hake with cider sauce

This recipe can be made with hake slices or fillets, I have used fillets because as they do not have bones they are more easy to eat, and I have accompanied them with some fried potatoes.

With the ingredients that I indicate you can prepare four servings of hake with cider sauce.

Do you eat hake normally? How do you usually prepare it?

I hope you leave a comment answering some of my questions!

If you have made this recipe and you want to send me a photo, I'll be happy to receive it, you just have to send it by email to discoverhowicook@gmail.com and I will publish it on this same post so that everyone can see how well my followers cook.
