Chicken with black beer sauce
Today I teach you how to prepare chicken with black beer sauce.
I have made this recipe using black beer, although you can make it following the same preparation, but substituting it for lager or your favorite.
With the ingredients that I indicate you can prepare four servings of this delicious chicken in sauce.

To prepare this chicken with black beer sauce you will need:
1 chopped chicken
1 green pepper
1 carrot
1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon of flour
400 ml. (13,53 fl. oz.) of black beer
To prepare this chicken with black beer sauce you must follow this steps:
-Fry the chicken and reserve.
-Peel the carrot, onion and garlic clove.
-Chop the green pepper, the carrot, the onion and the garlic clove.
-Cook slowly the green pepper, carrot, onion and garlic clove.
-Add the flour and cook for a couple of minutes.
-Add the chicken and pour the black beer.
-Cook for 15 minutes.
-Remove the chicken.
-Crush and strain the sauce.
-Serve the chicken and cover it with the sauce.
