Marinated pork loin and banana croquettes
Today I teach you how to prepare marinated pork loin and banana croquettes, a very curious recipe that I saw in a cooking program of Bruno Oteiza.
Its flavor is like ham croquettes, but after eating one of these, a very light banana taste remains in your mouth and that is just incredible.
What do you think of this curious combination? Do you know other croquettes made with unusual ingredients?
I hope you leave a comment answering some of my questions!
If you have made this recipe and you want to send me a photo, I'll be happy to receive it, you just have to send it by email to discoverhowicook@gmail.com and I will publish it on this same post so that everyone can see how well my followers cook.
