Homemade fresh pasta

Today I teach you how to prepare homemade fresh pasta, a very simple recipe made with some flour, an egg and a pinch of salt.

Homemade fresh pasta

If you have a pasta stretching machine it will be much easier for you, but if not, you have to use the roller with patience, but I assure you that the effort is worth it.

You can cut it into rectangular strips to make tagliatelle, thinner strips to make spaghetti, squares to make cannelloni or rectangles to make lasagna.

Have you ever eaten fresh pasta? Have you tried to prepare it at home?

I hope you leave a comment answering some of my questions!

If you have made this recipe and you want to send me a photo, I'll be happy to receive it, you just have to send it by email to discoverhowicook@gmail.com and I will publish it on this same post so that everyone can see how well my followers cook.
