Brandy raisins cookies
Today I teach you how to prepare brandy raisins cookies.
This recipe is similar to the cookies I published on the blog, but substituting the drops of chocolate for some raisins hydrated in brandy and flavoring the cookie dough with a little bit of orange blossom water.
With the ingredients that I indicate you will get approximately fifteen cookies.

To prepare these brandy raisins cookies you will need:
200 gr. (7,05 oz.) of flour
80 gr. (2,82 oz.) of sugar
75 gr. (2,64 oz.) of raisins
60 gr. (2,11 oz.) of butter
8 gr. (0,28 oz.) of baking powder
1 egg
1 tablespoon of orange blossom water
Brandy
To prepare these brandy raisins cookies you must follow this steps:
-Hydrate the raisins with the brandy.
-Drain the raisins.
-Knead the butter, flour, egg, baking powder and sugar until you get a homogeneous dough.
-Add the raisins and a splash of orange blossom water and knead again.
-Separate the dough into portions of 30 gr. (1,05 oz.)
-Give round shape to the dough portions.
-Slightly crush the dough with the hand to give them a cookie shape.
-Bake at 180ºC (356ºF) for 10-12 minutes.
