Yogurt coca
Today I teach you how to prepare a yogurt coca.
For this recipe I used a yogurt without sugar, but if you want, you can sweeten it with a little honey or use a lemon yogurt.
I have made this recipe using a cake pan of 20x30 cm. (8x12 inches) and I recommend you to cover the pan where the cake will be baked with baking paper so that it does not stick and thus avoid any unpleasant surprises.
Here is a small tutorial if you don't know how to line a mold with baking paper.

To prepare this yogurt coca you will need:
400 gr. (14,11 oz.) of sugar
300 gr. (10,58 oz.) of flour
200 ml. (6,76 oz.) of sunflower oil
125 gr. (4,41 oz.) of yogurt
15 gr. (0,53 oz.) of baking powder
4 eggs
To prepare this yogurt coca you must follow this steps:
-Mix the flour with the baking powder.
-Beat the eggs with the sugar.
-Add the yogurt and mix.
-Add the flour little by little and mix carefully.
-Add the oil and mix well.
-Pour into a rectangular mold and bake for 20 minutes at 175ºC (347 ºF) or until golden brown on top.
