Valencian boil
Today I teach you how to prepare a Valencian boil, a traditional recipe from Valencia.
With the ingredients that I indicate you can prepare four rations.

To prepare this Valencian boil you will need:
4 potatoes
4 small onions
4 eggs
2 carrots
200 gr. (7,05 oz.) of green beans
Salt
Olive oil
To prepare this Valencian boil you must follow this steps:
-Peel the potatoes, onions and carrots.
-Cut the onions and carrots in half.
-Cook the potatoes, onions, carrots, eggs and green beans in a pot with boiling water.
-Remove the eggs after 10 minutes.
-Cook the vegetables until they are tender.
-Drain the vegetables.
-Peel the egg.
-Serve the vegetables with the boiled egg and season with oil and salt.
