Spaghetti with pesto
Today I teach you how to prepare spaghetti with pesto, a healthy pasta recipe with a sauce made with garlic, olive oil and basil.
If you don't like basil, you can replace it with oregano.
The ingredients that I indicate you can prepare four servings of spaghetti with pesto.

To prepare these spaghetti with pesto you will need:
350 gr. (12,35 oz.) of spaghetti
30 gr. (1,06 oz.) of grated cheese
30 gr. (1,06 oz.) of pine nuts
20 gr. (0,71 oz.) of walnuts
3 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of chopped basil
Salt
Olive oil
To prepare these spaghetti with pesto you must follow this steps:
-Peel and chop the garlic cloves.
-Mash the chopped garlic with a little salt, the basil, the walnuts and the pine nuts in a mortar.
-Add the grated cheese and mash again.
-Add the olive oil little by little and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
-Cook the spaghetti "al dente", that is, cooked to be firm to the bite, and drain.
-Sauté the spaghetti with the pesto.
