Rice burgers with caramelized peppers
Today I show you how to prepare rice burgers with caramelized peppers.
I saw these "burgers" in a magazine, but they were much simpler, it was just cook the rice and have it a circle shape, so to get more flavor and color, I made some caramelized red peppers and put them on top of the rice burguers.
With the ingredients that I indicate you can prepare four rice burgers.

To prepare these rice burgers with caramelized peppers you will need:
240 gr. (8,46 oz.) of rice
1 red pepper
1 spoon of sugar
To prepare these rice burgers with caramelized peppers you must follow this steps:
-Cook the rice in boiling water for 20 minutes.
-Place a metal ring on a piece of plastic wrap.
-Put a quarter of the rice inside the metal ring and give it the shape of a burger.
-Remove the metal ring carefully and wrap the rice burger with plastic wrap.
-Repeat the operation with the rest of the rice.
-Cold the rice burgers in the fridge.
-Cut the red pepper into strips.
-Cook the red pepper until soft.
-Add the sugar and cook for a couple of minutes.
-Brown the rice burgers in a frying pan with a little oil and serve with the caramelized peppers.
