Marinated salmon with citrus
Today I teach you how to prepare marinated salmon with citrus.
You can eat this salmon alone or as an ingredient in recipes such nigiris or a toast spread with cream cheese.
How do you prefer salmon? Grilled, steamed, baked, smoked ...? Have you ever tried it marinated?

To prepare this marinated salmon with citrus you will need:
150 gr. (5,29 oz.) of salmon loin without bones or skin
50 gr. (1,76 oz.) of coarse salt
50 gr. (1,76 oz.) of sugar
Chopped orange zest
Chopped lemon zest
Honey
To prepare this marinated salmon with citrus you must follow this steps:
-Mix the coarse salt with the sugar, the orange zest and the lemon zest.
-Cover the salmon loin with a little honey.
-Introduce the salmon loin in the previous mixture.
-Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 6 hours.
-Remove the salt crust of the salmon with water and dry with paper.
-Cut into slices and serve.
