Couscous salad
Today I teach you how to prepare a couscous salad, a light and delicious recipe.
What I like the most about couscous is that it can be prepared in a short time and combines wonderfully with many ingredients.
With the ingredients that I indicate you can prepare four servings of this couscous salad.

To prepare this couscous salad you will need:
250 gr. (8,82 oz.) of couscous
250 ml. (8,45 fl. oz.) of water
200 gr. (7.05 oz.) of cooked green peas
200 gr. (7,05 oz.) of sweet corn
150 gr. (5,29 oz.) of surimi
Olive oil
Salt
Basil
To prepare this couscous salad you must follow this steps:
-Cut the surimi into small pieces.
-Heat the water with a little salt and basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
-When the water boils, add the couscous and cover with plastic wrap.
-Let it rest for 5 minutes.
-Separate the couscous with the help of a fork.
-Let cool.
-Mix the couscous with the surimi, the cooked peas and the sweet corn.
-Dress with salt and a drizzle of oil.
