To prepare this couscous salad you will need:

 

  • 250 gr. (8,82 oz.) of couscous

  • 250 ml. (8,45 fl. oz.) of water

  • 200 gr. (7.05 oz.) of cooked green peas

  • 200 gr. (7,05 oz.) of sweet corn

  • 150 gr. (5,29 oz.) of surimi

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Basil

To prepare this couscous salad you must follow this steps:

 

-Cut the surimi into small pieces.

 

-Heat the water with a little salt and basil and a drizzle of olive oil.

 

-When the water boils, add the couscous and cover with plastic wrap.

 

-Let it rest for 5 minutes.

 

-Separate the couscous with the help of a fork.

 

-Let cool.

 

-Mix the couscous with the surimi, the cooked peas and the sweet corn.

 

-Dress with salt and a drizzle of oil.
