Fish and Chips
Today I teach you how to prepare the famous Fish and Chips of England, a recipe made just only with fish and potatoes, but that well prepared, becomes a delicious snack.
And it is that this recipe is not simply frying fish and potatoes, since each one has a previous preparation.
The fish goes through a batter before frying it and the potatoes are first cooked in boiling water to remove the starch, then they are confit so that they are tender and finally they are fried in very hot oil to get crispy.
I recommend the following ingredients, so that you can prepare this recipe for four people.
Did you know this famous dish? What fish would you use to do this recipe?
I hope you leave a comment answering some of my questions!
