Fideuá
Today I teach you how to prepare fideuá, one of the most typical dishes of Valencia.
This recipe is made with a special type of noodle that is fat and very curved, although if you can't get it, you can make this recipe with any other type noodle.
With the ingredients that I indicate you can prepare four servings of fideuá.

To prepare this fideuá you will need:
250 gr. (8,82 oz.) of “fideuá” noodles
150 gr. (5,29 oz.) of cuttlefish
150 gr. (5,29 oz.) of prawns
1 tomato
1 teaspoon of paprika
Fish broth with saffron
To prepare this fideuá you must follow these steps:
-Grate the tomato.
-Cut the cuttlefish into squares.
-Brown the cuttlefish and prawns.
-Add the paprika and grated tomato.
-Add the fideuá noodles and cook for a couple of minutes.
-Cover with fish broth and cook over medium heat for 12-15 minutes or until the stock has been consumed.
