To prepare this baked chicken legs you will need:

 

  • 4 chicken legs

  • 1 teaspoon of refined corn flour

To prepare this baked chicken legs you must follow the following steps:

 

-Bone the chicken legs.

 

-Roll the chicken legs on themselves to form cylinders.

 

-Bake at 180ºC (356 ºF) for 15 minutes.

 

-Turn it over and bake 15 minutes more.

 

-Remove from the oven and pour the juice from the tray into a saucepan.

 

-Cook the chicken juice over medium heat.

 

-Dilute the cor flourl in a little cold water and pour into the juice.

 

-Stir until thick.

 

-Cover the chicken with the juice.
