Andalusian gazpacho
Today I teach you how to prepare Andalusian gazpacho, a cold vegetable cream very easy, fast and nutritious.

To prepare this Andalusian gazpacho you will need:
750 gr. (26,45 oz.) of tomato
150 gr. (5,29 oz.) of cucumber
100 gr. (3,52 oz.) of green pepper
60 gr. (2,12 oz.) of hard bread
1 garlic clove
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of vinegar
Salt
To prepare this Andalusian gazpacho you must follow the next steps:
-Wash the tomatoes.
-Peel the cucumber and the garlic clove.
-Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper and hard bread.
-Crush all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous cream.
-Strain and cool in the fridge.
