Potato bowls filled with apple and carrot salad
Today I teach you how to prepare potato bowls filled with apple and carrot salad, a recipe that I saw in a cooking magazine and that caught my attention because the presentation was very attractive.
To make the potato bowls I have used silicone muffins molds, some squares and others oval, but you can use molds with any other shape.
With the ingredients that I indicate you can prepare four of these potato bowls, they are very small, so you can serve them as a starter for two people.
What do you think about the presentation of this salad? What shape would you do give to the potato bowls?
I hope you leave a comment answering some of my questions!
If you have made this recipe and you want to send me a photo, I'll be happy to receive it, you just have to send it by email to discoverhowicook@gmail.com and I will publish it on this same post so that everyone can see how well my followers cook.
