Lemon ice cream
Today I teach you how to prepare a lemon ice cream, a refreshing recipe that as you will see below is very simple to prepare.
I have made this ice cream only with lemon juice, but you can substitute part of the juice for lime or orange juice or enhance its flavor by adding grated lemon peel.

To prepare this lemon ice cream you will need:
200 ml. (6,76 fl. oz.) of cream with 35% fat
50 ml. (1,70 fl. oz.) of lemon juice
90 gr. (3,18 oz.) of icing sugar
To prepare this lemon ice cream you must follow the following steps:
-Whip the cream with electric beater until the mixture is thick enough to maintain the shape.
-Mix the lemon juice with the icing sugar.
-Add the previous mixture to the whipped cream with delicated enveloping movements.
-Pour the mixture into a square or rectangular container.
-Store in the freezer uncovered for 1 hour.
-Remove from the freezer and stir with a rods.
-Store again uncovered in the freezer and repeat the same operation 6 times, stirring the ice cream every 30 minutes.
-Cover the container and freeze for 12 hours.
