Banana smoothie
Today I teach you how to prepare a banana smoothie, a quick and easy recipe, you just only have to put the ingredients in the blender glass and crush everything well.

To prepare this banana smoothie you will need:
1 banana
125 ml. (4,23 fl. oz.) of milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
Cocoa powder
Cinnamon powder
To prepare this banana smoothie you must follow the following steps:
-Peel and cut the banana into slices.
-Pour the milk, the sliced banana and the sugar into the mixer glass and crush.
-Cold in the fridge for one hour.
-Serve sprinkled with cocoa powder and cinnamon powder.
