Yogurt and kiwi dessert
Today I teach you how to prepare a dessert made with yogurt and kiwi, a very colorful and simple recipe.
The fruit I have chosen is kiwi, but you can do it with your favorite fruits and customize this recipe according to your tastes.
With the ingredients I recommend, you can prepare this dessert for four persons.

To prepare this yogurt and kiwi dessert will need:
6 kiwis
500 gr. (17,74 oz.) of yogurt with sugar
3 tablespoons of honey
20 gr. (0,70 oz.) of gelatin sheets
To prepare this yogurt and kiwi dessert you must follow the following steps:
-Peel, cut and crush the kiwis.
-Mix the yogurt with the honey.
-Put 16 gr. (0,56 oz.) of gelatin in cold water.
-Heat a small part of the kiwi puree.
-Add the drained gelatin and mix until it dissolves.
-Mix with the rest of the kiwi puree.
-Put the other 4 gr. (0,14 oz.) of gelatin in cold water.
-Heat a small part of the yogurt with honey.
-Add the drained gelatin and mix until it dissolves.
-Mix with the rest of the yogurt with honey.
-Put a layer of yogurt in the containers in which you are going to eat the dessert.
-Keep in the fridge until the yogurt cream sets.
-Do again and again the same operation, alternating the kiwi cream with the yogurt cream, always leaving it to set before placing the next one.
