1 zucchini
1 eggplant
Olive oil
Salt
Oregano
To prepare this baked zucchini and eggplant you must follow the following steps:
-Cut the zucchini and eggplant into thin slices.
-Place the zucchini and eggplant on a baking tray.
-Sprinkle the zucchini and eggplant with salt, oregano and a splash of olive oil.
-Bake at 175ºC (347 Fº) for 10 minutes.
