I saw this recipe on a show called "Robin Food" and I made it a few days later because it looked great.
It's a super simple recipe, so if you are learning to cook, don't hesitate and prepare these ribs, and if you already know how to cook, you should also prepare them, they are really good.
One last thing, don't even think about throwing away the water after cooking the meat together with the vegetables, since you can use it as a meat broth to flavour other recipes.
You can prepare these baked pork ribs with soy sauce for four people with the ingredients I'll recommend you.
How do you like baked pork ribs? Did you realize you can keep the cooking water to use it as a meat broth?
