Tangerine jelly
Today I am going to teach you how to prepare tangerine jelly, but you can use other fruits or a mixture of several ones.
If you have only tried the jellies sold in the supermarkets, I recommend you try and make it at home, it isn't only a very quick and easy dessert to prepare, but it also has a lot more flavour than the ones sold.
In the recipe you can see I only heat up a little juice to dissolve the jelly sheets, this is very important, because if all the juice was heated, it would lose many vitamins and we don't want that.
For the decoration, I peeled three slices of tangerine and placed them on the jelly once solidified.
With this recipe you can prepare jelly for four to six people, depending on how large the jelly moulds are.
Have you ever made homemade jelly? What's your favourite flavour?
If you have made this recipe and you want to send me a photo, I'll be happy to receive it, you just have to send it by email to discoverhowicook@gmail.com and I will publish it on this same post so that everyone can see how well my followers cook.
