Homemade patty dough

Today I am going to teach you how to prepare a homemade patty dough.

Homemade patty dough

If you love homemade patties, you no longer have an excuse not to prepare them yourself because following this simple recipe you will make more perfect and much better patties than those sold in supermarkets.

With the ingredients I recommend, you can make a large pasty of about 45x45 cm. (17x17 inches) or two small ones of 20x30 cm. (8x12 inches).

Here is a small tutorial if you don't know how to line a mold with baking paper.

Another option you have is to use half of the ingredients to make only a small patty.

When you stretch the patty dough remember to save a little for later to decorate it and make it perfect.

At the end of the recipe you have to paint the dough with egg yolk before baking the patty, you can also do it with olive oil, it will not look so brown, but just as good.

Have you ever prepared patty dough? What do you fill it with?

I hope you leave a comment answering some of my questions!

If you have made this recipe and you want to send me a photo, I'll be happy to receive it, you just have to send it by email to discoverhowicook@gmail.com and I will publish it on this same post so that everyone can see how well my followers cook.
