Orange jelly
Today I am going to teach you how to prepare orange jelly, but if you do not like orange, you can make this same recipe by substituting orange juice for another fruit or a mixture of them.
If you have only tried the jellies sold in the supermarkets, I invite you to try and make it at home, it is not only a very quick and easy dessert to prepare, but it also has a lot more flavour than the ones sold.
In the recipe you will see I only heat up a little juice to dissolve the gelatin sheets, this is very important, because if all the juice was heated, it would lose many vitamins and we do not want that.
For decoration, cut a long strip of orange peel and roll it on itself to make a small flower.
With this recipe you can prepare jelly for between four and six people, depending on how large the mould containers are.
Have you ever prepared homemade jelly? What are your favourite flavours?
If you have made this recipe and you want to send me a photo, I'll be happy to receive it, you just have to send it by email to discoverhowicook@gmail.com and I will publish it on this same post so that everyone can see how well my followers cook.
Please share this recipe if you like it!
