Homemade crepes dough

Today I will teach you how to prepare homemade crepes dough, I learned to make this recipe in a pastry class when I was studying the intermediate level of a training course for cooking.

Homemade crepes dough

The teacher asked me: "You don´t know how to make crepes? Well don´t worry because when you leave here today you will know how to", so I was cooking crepes on and on for 2 hours, but I was not lying, that day I arrived at class without knowing how to make them and I became a professional.

The recipe I will teach you today is the same one I learned in 2007 and you will be able to cook three types of crepes with it.

If you follow the recipe you will get some plain crepes, if you are going to use them with a salty filling, add a few drops of brandy or some spice like oregano or parsley, and if you are going to make a dessert, then add a spoonful of sugar to it.

Oh, one last thing!

I am sure you have seen many times a special pan to make crepes, but you do not need to buy any because you can use a normal pan to make them without any problem.

You will be able to prepare approximately four crepes of 20 cm diameter using the ingredients I recommend you.

How do you prefer crepes, sweet or salty? What do you usually put inside?

I hope you leave a comment answering some of my questions!

If you have made this recipe and you want to send me a photo, I'll be happy to receive it, you just have to send it by email to discoverhowicook@gmail.com and I will publish it on this same post so that everyone can see how well my followers cook.
